| Resolution: | Trowell Blades are made from 2 materials, Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel. Because of this, 2 different electrolytes need to be used. Customer did not want to clean out the basins when switching materials. A custom 2 basin system was developed with a selector switch to the controller. This system also has extensive tooling to accommodate a wide range of trowel sizes. Benefits from previous marking equipment: No neutralizer needed, black crisp marks, and marking with handles attached. |
