| Resolution: | Custom RT800 workstation with LasOnAll 2 Nd:YAG laser and 160 mm lens. Workstation has multi-position rotary index table, manual z-axis tool post, dust collection and pick and place unload unit. The rotary table provides fixture positioning for an array of 4 lock assemblies beneath the laser. Z-axis tool post provides manual focal height adjustment. Special software programming within LasOnAll Creator Pro 4 laser marking software allows sequenced key numbers to be marked on each lock assembly. |
