Objective:
Design a laser marking machine to automatically laser mark nameplate tags in a high volume application. System must be capable of handling various tag sizes. Operator interfacing must be minimized to reduce marking data errors.

Resolution:
This system is designed to mark data on nameplates in a high volume application. The tags are loaded into a magazine and are automatically fed into the laser marking area. When the tags are completed they are automatically offloaded to a shute where they will fall into a bin. This system is also equipped with optional custom software and barcode scanning capabilities for automatic marking file loading and marking data population.
