MagicPin Systems
MagicPin is the perfect choice for small shops wanting a compact benchtop marker for tooling and fixtures. The table-mounted model is preferred for lightweight easily movable parts. The height of the marking pin is adjusted by a hand-operated wheel on the toolpost.

Handheld Models
If your part cannot be marked on the benchtop due to its size or weight, we recommend the use of a handheld system. The marking head is positioned onto the product and then started with buttons integrated into the handle. A variety of part standoff fixtures are available to accomodate varying sizes and shapes of parts to be marked.
Combi Models
When your marking needs vary between marking on or off the bench, a Combi model is the answer. Our Combi systems incorporate a marking head mounted on a quick release toolpost. Our rigid mounting system allows the marking head to be removed in seconds and used as a handheld system. A high quality toolpost with heavy duty base provides a solid surface for mounting part marking fixtures.
Integration Systems
Ostling integration systems provide machine builders with a range of dot peen marking tools designed for inline applications. Our UMC112 controller has extensive I/O and communication capabilities that can eliminate costly additional components needed for factory implementation. Additional software tools including standard networking protocols and expansion modules provide a host of interface tools.

Marking Controllers
Three choices of Pinmark control systems provide an industry leading selection of marking head tools. Our UMC eco is an entry level control designed for PC control environments. The UMC eco is a stand alone system with additional I/O capability. Our UMC 112 is the flagship designed with IP54 protection and extensive machine tool I/O interfaces.
Dot Peen Marking Software
Our PinWare 4 marking software provides an array of tools that run on our dedicated marking control systems. Designed to run stand alone in a Windows PC environment, or using our proprietary Linux control hosted on the eco and 112.
Accessories
Ostling provides a selection of Needle marking accessories. Rotation axis for 360 degree circumferential marking or a range of Needle assemblies designed for specific marking applications.
