Electrolytic Marking Systems : EMP

The EMP 300 marking system is a semi-automatic electrolytic etch marking system. This compact unit contains the marking controls (EU Classic 300), a pneumatic top marking head assembly, electrolyte pumping system, and securing fixtures for stencils and products to be marked. The EMP 300 is suitable for marking products with metallic, electrically conductive surfaces. When the foot switch is pressed the marking head travels down and presses the stencil according to the pre-selected marking time onto the product. A dosing feed system ensures that the electrolyte cannot escape outside the marking area.
