Electrolytic Marking Systems : LP Flowetch

The LP Flowetch marking system is a semi-automatic compact unit which marks from the bottom. Marking from below provides improved stencil life as the stencil is constantly rinsed by electrolyte which prevents overheating. Large and small markings also benefit from this process with improved quality. Each unit is comprised of the marking control unit EU Classic 300, a pneumatic system, electrolyte recycling basin and a securing fixture for the stencil and product to be marked. The LP Flowetch 300 is specifically very suitable for marking any chrome plated or nickel plated products. When the foot switch is pressed the negative contact pin travels downwards and presses the product according to pre-selected marking time onto the stencil. A drain basin collects the electrolyte and recirculates it through the filter and pump system for reuse.
