Östling is the only electrolytic stencil supplier that has the option of letting the user create their own short-run stencils quickly and easily through the use of our specially designed stencil cartridges. This stencil cartridge, when placed in one of the two printers below and printed on, creates a stencil ready for marking. The stencils are typically for short-run batches or for markings that need to change frequently.

The PT-2700 computer stencil printer allows you to turn text, logos, and symbols on your computer into a stencil for electrolytic marking. With no style limitations and the ability to use any TrueType. fonts, making a stencil is an easy and robust process. Simply type, insert, drag or drop items into place on your computer screen then print them out onto the provided Östling stencil cartridge. It is easy to include logos, pictures, custom graphics or just plain text. Print up to 7 different bar code protocols. The PT-2700 uses the Östling stencil cartridge, perfect for short production runs or small batch jobs. It is both Windows and Mac compatible, using a USB connection.

Create short-run stencils with the easy to use PT-9600 Electronic Stencil Printing System. The PT-9600 features 10 font sizes, large 76 point printing, automatic font sizing, 25 type styles, 9 commonly used bar codes, sequential number printing and multiple copy printing. The PT-9600 prints onto the Östling stencil cartridge and can also print up to 16 lines. With the PT-9600, you can save and recall multiple stencil designs and work with a library of built-in industrial and scientific symbols, allowing for hassle-free mobile stencil creation.
