Products made out of steel and non-ferrous metals can be marked. Hardened, steam-treated, burnished, nickeled, chromed, large or small, flat or round, convex or concave in shape, we can tailor the stencil to your application.
Our quality, long-lasting stencils can serve your most demanding marking requirements. Recent upgrades in production technology allow us to produce a highly visible, permanent, clean image on a durable and dependable marking stencil, which translates into a great looking image on your product. We also provide standard and custom mounting of stencils in clear, protective stencil covers.
Permanent stencils also can be customized and produced as part identification number or serial number strips. These stencil strips have your choice of letters, numbers, and/or symbols oriented vertically. When several of these strips are mounted in a special sliding cover, one can easily create serial numbers, part numbers, date codes, and a vareity of other changeable information. This allows for a cost-effective and simple method for part traceability.
We offer blue stencils as a method to produce inexpensive stencils with a short production time, while still keeping more durability than our short run stencils. One can print onto the blue stencils using a typewriter or a dot matrix printer.
When you need extremely short run stencils and wish to create them on-site, we can offer you the Brother P-touch 2600 or 9600 and the necessary parts and software to make it work.
