Our Vereo™ UV Integration Laser is a flexible UV laser marking system, ideal for integration into production cells or automated workstations.
Vereo™ UV is ideal for manufacturers and integrators requiring a laser marking system for automated lines, assembly cells, benchtops and more. The highly efficient DPSS ultraviolet resonator is water-cooled and low maintenance, offering years of trouble-free operation and low energy consumption. All components are rack mounted in a custom fabricated enclosure including the water chiller, Windows 10 PC, and a pull-out drawer with a pop-up monitor, keyboard, and mouse tray. Additional features such as external axis control, dedicated I/O and marking on the fly makes Vereo™ UV a powerful tool for any automated laser marking process.

UV Laser Marking Capabilities
UV laser cold material processing is ideal for marking where control and reduction of heat applied to the material is necessary to obtain quality marking results. Applications include the marking of polyethylene, silicon, black annealing on medical devices, electronic chip marking, glass scribing and a variety of other challenging applications.
Minilase™ Pro Design Software
With our user-friendly software, operators and engineers can quickly create marking files with text, barcodes, 2D codes, and a variety of graphic formats such as DXF, AI, PLT, BMP, and JPEG. CAD tools allow users to draw their own graphics and manipulate complex vector files. Automated date coding and serialization capabilities are also included. A preconfigured materials library takes the guess work out of setting up laser marking parameters. Control a rotary device for 360° marking. Our 3D module enables drawing and importing 3D shapes and objects for programming.
Icon Interface Software
Icon Interface, our off-the-shelf operator interface enables the following: advanced network data retrieval, TCP/IP communication protocol, SQL server connectivity, PLC interfacing, detailed photographic part fixture instructions and displays, operator restrictions and password protection, data entry via barcode scan, and more. Integration into automated work cells or custom enclosures is simple with an engineered scan head/resonator assembly and a floor-standing rack mount controls enclosure.
A closed-loop water cooler enables precise UV temperature regulation, superior to air cooling where fans can build up dust and debris. In addition, the water-cooling system is sealed, protecting it from outside contaminants.
Discreet I/O allows for automated laser control. Dynamic laser programming and data string selection are available with our Icon Interface software.
